Located in the heart of London's jewellery quarter, we have over 20 years manufacturing and retailing experience in the UK jewellery industry, and use that combined experience to ensure that we offer the best value without any compromise on quality.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Please see our terms and conditions below for further details. We invite you to have a pleasant, secure and convenient shopping experience.

Ordering

Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not be able to accept your order if payment is not authorised.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT at the current rate. While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the goods has since changed.

Returns

The Diamond Ring Company offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. A full refund will only be provided if the item is returned as sold, i.e. unworn and with all the supporting paperwork. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting. Returned postage charges are refundable only where The Diamond Ring Company is at fault.

Please note no refund will be given on any items that have been designed through our bespoke service (i.e. specifically designed by you) or diamond set wedding rings and diamond set full eternity rings, unless The Diamond Ring Company is at fault. Any items which have been engraved or which have been modified by a third party or abused cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase within 28 days.

Please ensure that items you are returning are securely packed and posted with an appropriate level of insurance cover via a signed for postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions, you must not place any further orders. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws). We collect information about you in order to allow us to process your order; and to ensure that you are happy with the service you receive. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
