Can I view my item before purchasing?

How can I pay?

You can choose how you want to pay, either by debit or credit card, by sending a cheque made payable to The Diamond Ring Company Ltd, bankers draft or bank transfer directly into our account. At present we do not accept American Express.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. We prefer to speak to our customers. If you wish to pay over the phone or talk about any aspect of your purchase, feel free to contact us direct at our showrooms on 020 7404 6616 during business hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. For security purposes, we do not take payment via e-mail.

How do I find out my ring size?

To request your complimentary ring sizer please contact us. If your order is not a perfect fit please return it to us and we will re-size your ring free of charge. Please note that some diamond-set wedding rings and full eternity rings cannot be re-sized, so it is essential that the correct size is ordered. If you need assistance in determining the ring size you require please contact us.

What if I don't know my partners finger size but want to keep the purchase a surprise?

No problem. We will make your ring to a 'stock size'. Once you have given the ring to your partner (and they say yes!), we will size the ring free of charge. This can either be done by visiting our showrooms in Hatton Garden London, or alternatively we can send you a finger sizer and after working out the correct finger size, post the ring back to us by Special Delivery (which is insured and guaranteed to arrive by next day delivery) and we will do the necessary sizing and post the ring back to you.

Do you provide an insurance valuation certificate with your products?

Yes, every item will be accompanied by a complimentary certificate of valuation for Insurance purposes.

How quickly will my item arrive?

Every item that we sell is made to order, and we usually deliver within 5-10 working days of receiving your order. If you would like your item more urgently, please call our showrooms on 020 7404 6616.

How will my item be delivered?

All of our orders are sent via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed and insured to arrive by 1pm the next day and will require a signature on receipt.

How is my jewellery packaged?

Every piece of jewellery is supplied in a wooden presentation box, together with your Invoice and jewellery valuation.

Can my order be sent to an alternate delivery address?

Online orders can only be delivered to the billing address; deliveries made by telephone may be delivered to an alternate address on the condition that you are able to prove to our satisfaction that the required delivery address is your business or residential address. We reserve the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to deliver to a particular address.
